ABOUT ME...

Harry Bateman

 Born in Hereford, I discovered my passion for the gym at around 16. After high school, I dedicated my college and university education towards improving my expertise in fitness, health, and wellness to better guide clients towards their personal fitness goals. 
 
Leading me towards becoming a Personal Trainer.
 
Which basically means every day I wake up and help people who are new to the gym make progress towards fat loss, getting strong and ultimately in much better shape.
